Palada pradhaman, the king of payasam is prepared in 100 % traditional way,We prepare our own ada for each batch from raw rice with bran ( unakkalari) which is soaked , grinned , flattened,rolled and cooked in plantain leaves .Later the payasam is made with milk , rice chips and sugar for long 4 hours in simmer to get a creamy pink consistency of the palada.
