Story of Tastejet Palada Pradaman

Story of Tastejet palada pradaman payasam,its is prepared by using our own ada for each batch from raw rice with bran ( unakkalari) which is soaked , ground , flattened, rolled and cooked in plantain leaves . Later the payasam is made with milk , rice chips and sugar for long 4 hours in simmer to get a creamy pink consistency of the palada.
